MWH Constructors (“MWH”) is seeking qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subconsultants to support our upcoming proposal for the City of Ventura’s Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF) Construction Management Services Project (RFP WW12 1065). The AWPF project is part of the VenturaWaterPure program and is being procured under a federally funded framework, requiring compliance with 40 CFR Part 33 – DBE Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Section 2.5 of the RFP, MWH is announcing forthcoming subcontracting opportunities and inviting DBE-certified firms to submit their interest and qualifications. Morgan Territory Road

Work includes reconstruction/improvements of frontage medians and parkways on Lark Ellen Ave, including select demolition and removals, sidewalk/curb & gutter/median concrete work, and ADA-compliant curb ramps and related access improvements. It also includes landscape improvements (soil prep, planting, mulching), irrigation system work (overhead spray and drip irrigation in one line), and vine plantings along frontage walls to reduce graffiti and improve aesthetics. Project also includes electrical/appurtenant work shown in the plans (site power/lighting elements and related foundations as applicable) and all traffic control, restoration, and miscellaneous appurtenant items needed for a complete installation.

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a new public sprayground/splash pad and associated site improvements, including: New splash pad / sprayground: excavation, concrete deck/slab, and spray features/system (sprayground equipment, mechanical and electrical). 1) Relocate Telemetry Components from Well, No. 4. 2) Fabricate a galvanized elevated platform for proposed Well No. 8. 3) Run underground electric 3' below grade 300 LF between wells. Alternate: Replace Telemetry Radios on all Wells New Telemetry, Panels, Etc. for Well No. 8.

This is a Lease-leaseback project for Alhambra USD consisting of voluntary seismic upgrade to existing buildings G and VA. Scope includes replacement of HVAC equipment at Building E, replacement of plumbing and piping fixtures, replacement of interior light fixtures, finish upgrades, accessibility upgrades, fire alarm upgrades, new theatrical lighting system, theatrical rigging, and new stadium announcer’s booth.

The work comprises of grading and construction of large dog park with ADA parking spaces, a small dog park, conversion of an existing 2.2-acre dirt lot into a 165-stall paved parking lot with drainage improvements, repaving of the Community Center parking lot, repaving and drainage repairs at the Little League parking lots, installation of ADA drinking fountains, and sidewalk and pathway restoration

GROUP A_Furnish and install new electrical chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, exhaust ductwork, associated piping, electrical wiring and any related appurtenances. Remove existing absorption chiller and two cooling towers. Remove and replace pumps, electrical equipment, mechanical piping, electrical conduits, pneumatic controls, grilles, registers, diffusers, etc. and all associated hangers and supports at the Egan WRP. Modify existing building control system at Egan WRP. Remove and replace existing combustion control systems and burner management systems at four (4) existing boilers at the Egan WRP. Demo and install of new fence or railings posts at existing residential building

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of approximately 4,700 lf of 10-inch and 805 lf of 8-inch PVC purified water pipeline from the AWPF to injection wells located on Linden Ave and Meadow View Lane, including valves, blowoffs, combination air valves, and associated pipeline appurtenances. Construction of approximately 815 lf of 12-inch PVC backwash pipeline from the Linden Injection Well site to the Meadow View Injection Well site. Construction of a gravity backwash pipeline system including approx. 290 lf of 8-inch, 330 lf of 24-inch, and 250 lf of 12-inch gravity pipelines, junction structures, and a connection to the existing sanitary collection system. Construction of approximately 810 lf of electrical duct bank between the injection well sites. ARTICLE 11 – BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA (BABA) REQUIREMENTS: This project requires full compliance with BABA. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials must be produced in the United States unless a Federal waiver is authorized.
