Plant #2: Complete replacement of its headworks facility, aeration basins, clarifiers, tertiary filters, sludge processing equipment, and the lab/admin building. Plant #3: Replacing the influent screening system, retrofitting the existing oxidation ditch, and enhancing effluent disinfection to improve water quality. General construction of these system improvements includes sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and instrumentation and control.
