Scope of Work
The project includes replacement of an existing 10‑million‑gallon reservoir with two buried storage tanks, along with upgrades to pipelines, pump stations, valves, and supporting water distribution infrastructure. The project is partially funded through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and is subject to federal DBE and Good Faith Efforts (GFE) requirements.
MWH is committed to providing maximum practicable opportunities for DBE and small business participation and is seeking qualified firms for the following services:
Requested Subconsultant Services:
- Geotechnical Inspection
- Estimating (Independent/Third-Party Cost Estimating)
- Scheduling
- Environmental Compliance and Monitoring
- Labor Compliance Administration
Firms must be certified DBEs or hold other qualifying certifications through accepted agencies such as SBA, DOT, or State/Local certifying bodies.
