NO. 8A0778 Project Estimate: $10,500,000 Bid Date: March 19th, 2026 at 10 AM We kindly request bids by March 18th at 2 PM General Scope: This is a design and construction project involving the replacement of an existing boat launch ramp facility at Marina Del Rey. The scope of work includes site preparation, demolition of existing structures, construction of new concrete launch ramps, installation of support facilities including parking and landscaping, and all associated utilities and drainage systems. Premium cost to be included in bid as a separate item. Power Engineering Construction Co., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirements for such bond, to permit substitute security, or to accept alternate guarantees in lieu of such bonds. IMPORTANT NOTES Under California Law, all Subcontractors, and any Sub-Tier Contractors, must be DIR registered contractors at all times prior to Bid and during the performance of work. Power Engineering Construction Co. is only soliciting Sub-Trade bids from those Contractors and Sub-Tier Trade Contractors who are current DIR registered contractors. This project is subject to the Countywide Community Workforce Agreement (CWA); all subcontractors must meet the applicable requirements in accordance with Attachment 3.
