Lark Ellen Ave Median Improvements et al., Phase I

Work includes reconstruction/improvements of frontage medians and parkways on Lark Ellen Ave, including select demolition and removals, sidewalk/curb & gutter/median concrete work, and ADA-compliant curb ramps and related access improvements. It also includes landscape improvements (soil prep, planting, mulching), irrigation system work (overhead spray and drip irrigation in one line), and vine plantings along frontage walls to reduce graffiti and improve aesthetics. Project also includes electrical/appurtenant work shown in the plans (site power/lighting elements and related foundations as applicable) and all traffic control, restoration, and miscellaneous appurtenant items needed for a complete installation.
