Scope of Work
This is a Lease-leaseback project for Alhambra USD consisting of voluntary seismic upgrade to existing buildings G and VA. Scope includes replacement of HVAC equipment at Building E, replacement of plumbing and piping fixtures, replacement of interior light fixtures, finish upgrades, accessibility upgrades, fire alarm upgrades, new theatrical lighting system, theatrical rigging, and new stadium announcer’s booth.
The prime contractor is actively soliciting bids from certified DBE subcontractors for this project. Bidders must submit evidence of their DBE certification.
