MWRD HVAC Improvements at Egan & Kirie Water Reclamation Plants

GROUP A_Furnish and install new electrical chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, exhaust ductwork, associated piping, electrical wiring and any related appurtenances. Remove existing absorption chiller and two cooling towers. Remove and replace pumps, electrical equipment, mechanical piping, electrical conduits, pneumatic controls, grilles, registers, diffusers, etc. and all associated hangers and supports at the Egan WRP. Modify existing building control system at Egan WRP. Remove and replace existing combustion control systems and burner management systems at four (4) existing boilers at the Egan WRP. Located in Schaumburg, IL. GROUP B_Remove and replace electrical chiller, pumps, mechanical piping, electrical conduits, pneumatic controls, etc. and all associated hangers and supports at the Kirie WRP. Remove and replace existing combustion control systems and burner management systems at three (3) existing boilers at the Kirie WRP. Located in Des Plaines, IL.
