The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Design Services for Pedestrian Crossing Upgrades at 19 Intersections throughout the City of Banning as part of HSIP Cycle 11, HSIPSL-5214(017). Based on the LRSP analysis, City staff recommend implementing countermeasures such as installation of curb extensions, ADA curb ramps, RRFB's, high visibility crosswalks, and advanced warning signs and pavement markings.
