Scope of Work
This project will advance the development of the Armory, built in the 1950’s, as a multi-benefit Community Resilience Center with campus amenities that can provide a evacuation/climate resilient shelter, be an Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and offer year-around programs to build climate and community resilience (“Project”). The Project’s Collaborative Stakeholder Structure (CSS) will facilitate community inclusivity in decision-making, and the Community Engagement Plan will raise Project awareness, emergency preparedness, and communal engagement.
Consultant shall comply with the requirements of the Community Resilience Centers (CRC) Program grant agreement and meet the goals and obligations described in the application, agreement and guidelines. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Community Engagement Plan, Emergency Preparedness Assessment/Report, Facility Assessment and Project Scope, Design and Estimates.
