PLEASE EMAIL BID BY COB, MARCH 21, 2025, SO THAT ALL BIDS/PROPOSALS CAN BE FAIRLY EVALUATED. PLEASE SUBMIT BIDS/PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING WORK (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Electrical low voltage: less than 480 volts, service panels, junction boxes, handholes, switchgears, automatic transfer switches (ATS), main and sub panels, conduit installation (both underground and surface mounted) and pulling wires to live panels. Mechanical HVAC: Chillers, air handlers, gas heaters, water heaters, tankless water heaters, heat pump water heaters. Utilities: sewer, storm drain, water supply, fire suppression systems, kitchens and bathrooms. Surface coatings: surface preparation, primer, finish coatings, interior and exterior buildings, parking striping, latex, epoxy paints, and fireproofing. Carpentry: Type V construction, cabinets, ownings, carports, office spaces. Drywall: walls and ceilings, dry board, wet board, soundproof board, taping and finishing. Roofing: flat and pitch roofs, asphalt roofing, synthetic roofing, flashing, penetrations, leveling, roof drain replacement, curbs replacement, roof replacements, roofing patching and repairs. Trenching and backfill to support utility removal and installation, utility locating (alignment, depth, material type and size). Installation and removal of signage. Fence and gate removal and installation: chain link, wrought iron, specialty, gate mechanical operating systems and equipment. Lighting: Building interior and exterior, parking lots, face mounted and pole mounted, LED and other as required. Security cameras and supporting network equipment. Entry door and gate key card equipment. Door and gate locks as required. Concrete and asphalt repairs, replacement, and erection: pavements, foundations, walls, surfaces, ditches, and reinforcement. Identification of hazardous materials, removal, handling, and disposal per applicable codes and regulations. Welding: certified arc and brazing (all classes). Tilework: Ceramic, porcelain, stone, masonry, thin-set, grouting, removal and installation. Fireproofing: Intumescent and cementitious materials removal and installation. Demolition, handling, and disposal of all project spoils per applicable codes and regulations, including hazardous materials. Contractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay for all project permits required by the local Authority-having-Jurisdiction.
