RFP 24-085 HARGRAVE GRADE SEPARATION PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the Design of the Hargrave Grade Separation. The project limits are generally along Hargrave Street between Ramsey Street to the North and Lincoln Street to the South, and between Florida Street to the West and John Street to the East. The project will design a grade separated crossing along the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). Project goals include: Complete project within the budget. Optimize the design to minimize traffic impacts to the community, traveling public and the railroad. Design a project that minimizes future maintenance. Maintain trust of the public and stakeholders. Perform 'extension of staff’ services for grant compliance Meetings can be held through Teams unless the City requests an on-site meeting.
