In an effort to encourage participation of historically underutilized businesses, Trillium USA Company, LLC, an umbrella company of Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, is soliciting qualified Disadvantaged-Business-Enterprise, (DBE/MBE/WBE) contractors/suppliers to perform work on the City of Tucson (Sun Tran’s) construction of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) plant for the Sun Tran Northwest Bus Maintenance Facility – an alternative fuel delivery system for an addition to an existing fuel island. We are soliciting bids from all lines of work, specifically the following trades: electrical, other wiring contractors, civil and structural engineering, mechanical to include high-pressure stainless-steel tubing, foundation / paving, welding, pipefitters, crane operators, air performance companies, fire alarm installers, and geotechnical services. •Location: 3920 N. Sun Tran Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85705 RFP # 240209 •Federal Transit Administration and State Transit Assistance contract clauses may apply. •This is a Public Works project; prevailing wage determinations will apply to all subcontracts atevery tier for employees performing covered work. •This project will be subject to labor compliance monitoring including certified payroll reporting.
