Environmental Construction, Inc. (“ECI”) seeks DBE, WBE, MBE, SBE, DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the City of Fullerton Well 7A Equipping Project. This is a federal prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon) project in the City of Fullerton. The engineer’s estimate is $3,630,000.
