Environmental Construction, Inc. (“ECI”) seeks MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE/SBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Eastern Municipal Water District San Jacinto Valley Groundwater Treatment Facility Project (Rebid). This is a federal prevailing wage project in the City of San Jacinto, California with an engineer’s estimate of $28,000,000 to $33,000,000. The project involves the following scopes of work: • Site Clearing and Demolition • Site Work • Yard Piping • Offsite Piping • Backwash Pump Station and Recycle Tank • Treatment Building • Treatment Filters and Mechanical Work • Electrical Work • Instrumentation & Control • Street Widening and Pavement Replacement • Landscaping ECI seeks proposals for any and all items of work.
